Fort Rinella in Kalkara is a restored Victorian coastal battery housing one of the world's last surviving Armstrong 100-ton muzzle-loading cannons. The heritage site hosts guided tours, a Soldiers of the Queen exhibition exploring Malta's military history, and can be hired for events. The fort is open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:30 and is wheelchair-accessible.
