Genuine late Georgian (1750-1780) Chippendale camelback settee with original down stuffed cushions & bolsters. The pure silk brocade upholstery is intact and imported from Milan some 20 years ago. Its solid mahogany legs are carved cabriole "ball and claw". There are also more solid mahogany inserts on the face of the sofa. It is extremely comfortable to sit on and would make a stunning addition yo any stately home or stylish modern setting.
